<p>1 lingurita de usturoi uscat</p>
<p>2-3 linguri de otet de mere</p>
<p>2-3 foi de dafin</p>
<p>5-6 boabe de piper negru</p>
<p>Amestec pentru pane:</p>
<p>4 oua</p>
<p>50 grame de parmezan (ras)</p>
<p>1 lingurita de patrunjel uscat</p>
<p>1 lingurita de condimente pentru carne (sau un amestec de condimente dupa gust)</p>
<p>1 cana de pesmet</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Curatati si taiati dovleceii in fasii, astfel incat sa fie uniti pe partea cu codita.</p>

<p>Intr-o cratita mare, fierbeti 2 litri de apa, adaugati sare dupa gust, usturoi uscat, otet de mere, frunza de dafin si boabe de piper negru.</p>
<p>Puneti dovleceii in apa clocotita si gatiti-i la foc mic timp de 2-3 minute, acoperiti.</p>
<p>Apoi scoateti cu grija si lasati sa se raceasca putin.</p>
<p>Tamponati cu hartie absorbanta pentru a indeparta excesul de umiditate.</p>
<p>Intr-un bol adanc, bateti ouale.</p>
<p>Adaugati parmezanul ras, patrunjelul uscat si condimentele pentru carne.</p>
<p>In boluri separate, pregatiti pesmetul si faina amestecata cu piper negru.</p>
<p>Treceti fiecare bucata de dovlecel in amestecul uscat, apoi in amestecul de oua.</p>

<p>Incalziti uleiul intr-o tigaie la foc mediu.</p>

<p>Prajiti dovleceii pane pana se rumenesc pe ambele parti (aproximativ 2-3 minute pe fiecare parte).</p>
<p>Scoateti-i pe un prosop de hartie pentru a absorbi excesul de ulei.</p>
<p>Serviti dovleceii calzi cu un sos la alegere.</p>
<p>Sfat: Pentru o varianta si mai sanatoasa, puteti coace dovleceii la cuptor la 200°C timp de aproximativ 15-20 de minute, in loc sa-i prajiti.</p>
