o reteta simpla este si aici&comma; se procedeaza ca la pandispan&colon; se bat separat albusurile si galbenusurile fiecare cu jumatate de zahar si cu cate un praf de sare&comma; apoi se amesteca cele doua compozitii si se incorporeaza treptat faina amestecata cu praful de copt&period; Se pune intr-o forma de tort cu peretii detasabili tapetata cu hartie de copt si se da la cuptor timp de 30-40 minute la 180-200 grade&comma; se verifica si cand este gata se lasa sa se raceasca apoi se scoate din forma&period; A doua zi sau a treia zi blatul se taie in trei parti egale&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Se face un sirop aromat cu rom&comma; se fierbe intr-un ibric timp de 5 minute apa cu zaharul iar la final se adauga esenta de rom&comma; se da ibricul deoparte sa se raceasca bine&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Crema de ciocolata se prepara astfel&comma; se incalzeste la foc mic smantana de frisca&comma; se adauga ciocolata rupta bucatele si se amesteca bine pana cand ciocolata se topeste de tot iar compozitia devine cremoasa&period; Compozitia nu se fierbe ca se taie&comma; doar se incalzeste foarte putin cat sa se topeasca ciocolata&comma; cand e gata se da deoparte si cand s-a mai racit se baga la frigider pentru 10 minute&comma; apoi se mixeaza usor cat sa-si mareasca volumul si sa se mai deschida putin la culoare&comma; se lasa la temperatura camerei sa se lucreze usor cu ea&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Tortul se monteaza foarte simplu&comma; se pune prima bucata de blat de tort si se insiropeaza cu 4-5 linguri de sirop de rom&comma; apoi se pune un strat de 3-4 linguri de crema de ciocolata&comma; se asaza alta bucata de blat si se insiropeaza iar deasupra se intinde alt strat de crema&period; La final se pune ultima bucata de blat si cu crema ramasa se unge tot tortul atat deasupra cat si pe lateral&period; Crema tortului trebuie sa fie moale ca sa se intinda usor&comma; daca este prea tare atunci se incalzeste foarte putin pe aragaz si se amesteca bine&period; Daca punem crema prea legata pe blatul insiropat o sa se intinda mai dificil&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Acum se prepara glazura de ciocolata&comma; se procedeaza la fel ca la crema de ciocolata&comma; se incalzeste smantana lichida si se adauga ciocolata bucatele si putin unt&comma; cand ciocolata este topita se ia de pe foc si se amesteca bine&period; Glazura trebuie sa curga&comma; cand nu mai este fierbinte se toarna peste tort astfel incat partea de deasupra sa fie acoperita complet iar pe pereti sa curga neglijent fara o forma anume&comma;
