<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Topiti untul intr-o oala si lasati sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Intre timp, turnati laptele in castron, zdrobiti drojdia si adaugati zahar, sare, galbenusuri, oua intregi si apa sau rom.</p>
<p>Acestea se adauga in aluat, astfel incat sa nu absoarba la fel de mult ulei in timpul coacerii, iar gogosile primesc si o aroma interesanta dupa rom.</p>
<p>Se amesteca pana se omogenizeaza, zaharul trebuie sa se dizolve complet.</p>

<p>Adaugati treptat faina.</p>
<p>Apoi framantati aluatul pana se formeaza o masa neteda.</p>
<p>In cele din urma, adaugati untul topit, care nu trebuie sa fie fierbinte.</p>
<p>Framantati aluatul inca 5-10 minute pana se opreste din lipirea de peretii vasului.</p>
<p>Aluatul rezultat trebuie sa fie pufos si doar putin lipicios.</p>
<p>Puteti folosi un robot de bucatarie pentru framantare.</p>
<p>Puneti aluatul intr-un recipient cu ulei, acoperiti cu folie alimentara si lasati sa creasca aproximativ o ora si jumatate.</p>
<p>Faceti aluatul, impartiti-l in 22 de bucati de aproximativ 50 de grame si apoi formati gogosi rotunde.</p>
<p>Apoi asezati aceste gogosi pe o tava stearsa cu putin ulei, acoperiti si lasati sa creasca inca 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Nu folositi faina atunci cand prajiti gogosile, aceasta se va arde in timpul prajirii.</p>
<p>Daca aluatul se lipeste, ungeti-va mainile cu ulei.</p>

<p>Incalziti tigaia cu ulei, adaugati gogosile si prajiti-le aproximativ un minut si jumatate pe fiecare parte pana se rumenesc frumos.</p>
<p>Daca se rumenesc prea repede, reduceti temperatura.</p>
<p>Ar trebui sa existe suficient ulei pentru ca gogosile sa pluteasca in el.</p>
