<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Apa calda &#8211; 200 ml</p>
<p>Zahar &#8211; 130 g</p>
<p>Un praf de sare</p>
<p>Miere sau orice dulceata &#8211; 80 g</p>
<p>Bicarbonat de sodiu &#8211; 2/3 lingurita</p>
<p>Ulei vegetal &#8211; 90 ml</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 200 g +/-</p>
<p>Cacao &#8211; 40 g</p>
<p>Nuci, stafide, bucati de ciocolata &#8211; dupa gust si pofta</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-un castron amestecati apa calduta cu zaharul si mierea (mierea poate fi inlocuita cu orice dulceata).</p>

<p>Adaugati bicarbonat de sodiu, ulei vegetal si amestecati.</p>
<p>Cerneti faina cu cacao, amestecati bine si aluatul este gata.</p>

<p>Eu adaug nuci cu bucatele de ciocolata alba in aluat, dar puteti adauga stafide si orice alte fructe uscate daca doriti.</p>

<p>Amestecati si intindeti aluatul in vasul de copt pregatit.</p>
<p>Deasupra presarati nuci si fulgi de ciocolata si trimiteti-o la copt in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade pentru aproximativ 35-40 de minute.</p>
<p>Verificati coacerea cu o scobitoare.</p>
