<p>Oua &#8211; 1 buc.</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 550 g</p>
<p>Sare &#8211; un praf</p>
<p>Ciocolata neagra &#8211; dupa nevoie</p>
<p>Decorare:</p>
<p>Miere &#8211; pentru ungere</p>
<p>Migdale, nuci, nuca de cocos sau seminte de susan &#8211; pentru decor</p>
<p>Pentru ungere:</p>
<p>Galbenus &#8211; 1 buc</p>
<p>Lapte &#8211; 1 lingura</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pregatiti un castron adanc si incalziti laptele cat sa fie caldut.</p>
<p>Se toarna intr-un bol, se adauga drojdia uscata si se amesteca.</p>
<p>Se adauga apoi zaharul pudra, se amesteca totul cu un tel.</p>
<p>Acoperiti vasul cu un capac sau folie alimentara, lasati sa creasca aproximativ 5- 10 minute.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati uleiul vegetal, ouale si zaharul vanilat si amestecati.</p>
<p>Treptat, incepeti sa adaugati faina neteda si sare, initial amestecati cu un tel, dupa un timp incepeti sa framantati cu mana.</p>
<p>Folositi mainile pentru a crea o minge neteda si nelipicioasa.</p>
<p>Acoperiti din nou vasul si lasati-l intr-un loc cald timp de 1 ora.</p>
<p>Odata ce aluatul creste, procesati-l manual intr-o forma de cilindru si impartiti-l in doua parti, din care formati doua mingi.</p>
<p>Asezati prima bila pe suprafata de lucru, presarati cu faina si intindeti o foaie care va avea aceeasi dimensiune cu vasul de copt in care veti coace chifla.</p>
<p>Stergeti forma cu unt si puneti aluatul in ea.</p>
<p>Acum intindeti aproximativ 15 bucati de ciocolata neagra pe o foaia de aluat din tava.</p>

<p>Daca preferati chifle mai dulci, nu ezitati sa alegeti ciocolata alba.</p>
<p>Repetati procedura cu cealalta parte de aluat si puneti-o pe ciocolata.</p>
<p>Foloseste-ti degetele pentru a forma 15 chifle, astfel incat sa existe o bucata de ciocolata in fiecare.</p>
<p>Acoperiti cu un prosop de bucatarie si lasati-l sa creasca timp de 20- 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Separati albusul de galbenus.</p>
<p>Puneti galbenusul intr-un castron si bateti-l cu o lingura de lapte.</p>
<p>Ungeti toate chiflele cu acest amestec inainte de a le coace.</p>

<p>Coaceti chiflele in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade pentru 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Dupa ce le scoateti din cuptor, ungeti-le cu miere.</p>
<p>Atunci depinde cu ce hotarati sa le presarati, fulgi de migdale, de exemplu, sunt ideale.</p>
