<p>coaja de lamaie sau portocala si suc &#8211; de la o jumatate de buc</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 120 g</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 1 praf</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 9 g</p>
<p>faina simpla &#8211; 500 g</p>
<p>prune fara samburi &#8211; 20 buc</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se toarna laptele caldut intr-un bol si se dizolva drojdia, 1 lingurita de zahar si putina faina in el si se lasa la loc cald timp de 5 minute pentru a activa drojdia.</p>
<p>Intre timp, cerneti faina simpla intr-un bol si amestecati-o cu praful de copt.</p>
<p>Se toarna drojdia activata, se adauga doua oua si zahar vanilat, smantana sau chefir si se rade coaja unei jumatati de lamaie, din care se stoarce si zeama.</p>
<p>La sfarsit, adaugati untul taiat bucatele mici si un praf de sare si framantati un aluat lipit si nelipicios.</p>
<p>Rasturnati aluatul pregatit pe un sucitor cu faina si continuati sa framantati putin pana cand capata o textura elastica.</p>
<p>Se pune apoi intr-un bol, se acopera cu o bucata de folie alimentara si un prosop curat si se lasa 40 de minute la dospit.</p>
<p>Intoarceti aluatul crescut inapoi pe o suprafata de lucru presarata cu faina, intindeti-l intr-o foaie rotunda cu un sucitor intr-un dreptunghi subtire, de aproximativ 5 mm grosime.</p>
<p>Taiati in 20 de patrate mici cu un taietor de pizza si puneti prunele fara samburi in mijloc.</p>

<p>Adunati colturile opuse impreuna, uniti-le bine si formati o bila.</p>

<p>Intindeti chiflele una langa alta intr-o foaie de copt sau forma rotunda tapetata cu hartie de copt, ungeti suprafata fiecarei chifle cu un ou batut si coaceti-le in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 °C pentru aproximativ 30 de minute.</p>

<p>Dupa coacere, ungeti suprafata chiflelor fierbinti cu unt topit, astfel incat sa se inmoaie frumos, iar la final le stropiti cu zahar pudra printr-o sita fina.</p>
