<p>-lapte pentru a inmuia painea;</p>
<p>&#8211; usturoi, 1 &#8211; 2 catei;</p>
<p>&#8211; ceapa, 1 bucata;</p>
<p>&#8211; carne tocata, 500 g.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>In ceea ce priveste carnea tocata, puteti lua orice sau amesteca diferite tipuri. Uneori iau pui si porc sau porc si carne de vita. Totul depinde de gustul tau.</p>
<p>Sfaturi: apa trebuie bine racita, daca se poate sa fie apreape inghetata.</p>
<p>Se marunteste ceapa si usturoiul cu un blender sau se toaca fin.</p>
<p>Rupeti chiflele in bucati si umpleti-le cu lapte.</p>
<p>Intr-un blender, amestecati carnea tocata, ceapa si usturoiul, adaugati chifla si amestecati din nou totul bine pana se netezeste.</p>
<p>Adaugati sare si piper dupa gust.</p>
<p>Adaugati apa sau bucati de gheata, amestecati si bateti totul repede, astfel incat bucatile de gheata sa nu se topeasca.</p>
<p>Formati chiftele, rulati in faina si prajiti la foc mediu pe ambele parti pana cand acestea sunt rumene.</p>
<p>Punem toate cotletele in tigaie, acoperim cu un capac, fierbem la foc mic timp de 10 minute si servim cu feluri de mancare diferite.</p>
<p>Adaug si ierburi taiate marunt si condimente la carnea tocata, dupa gust. Poti adauga si propriile tale ingrediente la aceasta reteta.</p>
