<p>1 lingurita praf de copt</p>
<p>o jumatate de lingurita de sare</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puteti prelucra aluatul manual sau cu un robot.</p>
<p>Se amesteca oul si kefirul.</p>
<p>Kefirul ar trebui sa fie la temperatura camerei la fel ca ouale.</p>
<p>Praful de copt nu ar functiona intr-un aluat prea rece.</p>
<p>Se adauga sare amestecului de chefir si oua si se adauga o lingura de ulei.</p>
<p>Se amesteca pentru a combina ingredientele.</p>
<p>Intr-un alt castron, amestecati faina simpla cu praful de copt.</p>
<p>Amestecati treptat amestecul de faina cu praful de copt in amestecul de chefir si faceti un aluat moale.</p>
<p>Radeti branza tare pe o razatoare grosiera.</p>
<p>Indepartati blatul de masa cu faina simpla si intindeti aluatul.</p>
<p>Apoi rotiti-o intr-o rola.</p>
<p>Aveti grija sa nu lipiti aluatul de blatul mesei si sa-l presarati corespunzator .</p>
<p>Apoi presarati clatita rulata uniform pe toata suprafata cu branza rasa si apasati usor benzile de branza in aluat cu degetele.</p>
<p>Rulati clatita cu branza intr-o rulada solida.</p>

<p>Taiati rulourile stranse in 18 &#8211; 20 de bucati si rulati fiecare dintre ele pe o suprafata fainoasa intr-o clatita.</p>
<p>Incalziti putin ulei de prajit la foc mic si prajiti treptat clatitele de pe ambele parti pana se rumenesc.</p>
