<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Procedura este foarte simpla si intregul preparat este incredibil de rapid, astfel incat sa le puteti prepara cu usurinta ca o surpriza placuta pentru familie.</p>
<p>Separati albusurile de galbenusuri.</p>
<p>Adaugati sare, zahar si amestecati totul bine in castron cu galbenusurile.</p>
<p>Se toarna 300 ml de lapte, se amesteca din nou, se adauga faina si se amesteca din nou cu un tel pana cand bulgarii dispar complet.</p>
<p>Se toarna treptat laptele ramas si se amesteca bine pana se omogenizeaza, apoi se adauga uleiul si se amesteca din nou bine.</p>
<p>Lasati aluatul sa stea putin. Intre timp, va puteti ocupa de albusuri.</p>
<p>Bateti-le cu un mixer pana obtineti o spuma pufoasa si ferma.</p>
<p>Se amesteca spuma de albusuri in aluat in mai multe portii si se amesteca pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Aluatul va fi omogen, pufos si moale.</p>
<p>Aluatul nu trebuie sa fie gros, deoarece datorita spumei de albus de ou, va fi dificil sa-l intindeti pe suprafata tigaii.</p>
<p>Consistenta aluatului ar trebui sa semene cu inghetata topita. Daca simtiti ca este prea gros, adaugati inca 50 ml de lapte si amestecati.</p>
<p>Ungeti tava de clatite cu unt sau ulei, turnati aluat, intindeti-l uniform si coaceti clatitele pana cand acestea sunt destul de aurii pe ambele parti.</p>
<p>Acum nu mai ramane decat sa le umpleti cu gemul preferat sau cu ciocolata.</p>
<p>Sa aveti pofta!</p>
