<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>In primul rand, spalati fructele si stergeti-le uscate cu un prosop.</p>
<p>Apoi, cu un cutit ascutit, taiati fiecare piersica de-a lungul samburelui.</p>
<p>Acum luam fructele in maini si, cu ambele palme, derulam treptat jumatatile in directii diferite.</p>
<p>Piersicile se impart in 2 jumatati.</p>
<p>Taiati jumatatile in cuburi mici.</p>
<p>Asezam bucatile de piersici pregatite in borcane pre-sterilizate.</p>
<p>Asezam bine, dar in acelasi timp nu le presam strans, astfel incat piersicile sa-si pastreze forma.</p>
<p>Puneti apa in borcanele cu piersici, varsati-o si apoi puneti alta apa.</p>
<p>Se pastreaza apoi apa intr-un vas, se adauga zaharul (puteti pune mai mult, in functie de dulceata fructelor) si se amesteca.</p>
<p>Se pune apoi apa indulcita peste fructele din borcane.</p>

<p>Le inchedem strans capacele si le punem intr-o oala cu apa rece, cu un prosop pe fund.</p>
<p>Dati focul incep, cand incepe apa sa fiarba, lasam 15 minute si apoi le scoatem, le lasam sa se raceasca si apoi le depozitam pentru iarna.</p>
