<p>100 de grame de faina</p>
<p>120 mililitri de lapte</p>
<p>1 ou intreg</p>
<p>o jumatate de lingurita de piper negru</p>
<p>o lingura de usturoi granulat</p>
<p>o lingura de patrunjel tocat</p>
<p>Ulei de prajit</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Mai intai trebuie sa pregatiti conopida.</p>
<p>Taiati si impartiti conopida in trandafiri mai mici.</p>
<p>Apoi spalati bine si puneti intr-o oala cu apa.</p>
<p>Adaugati un catel de usturoi pisat, o lingurita de sare si o lingura de otet de vin.</p>
<p>Se fierbe conopida la foc mic pana se inmoaie.</p>
<p>Ar trebui sa fiarba aproximativ 15 minute.</p>
<p>In acest timp puteti pregati aluatul.</p>
<p>Puneti intr-un castron faina, ou, condimente, sare si patrunjel.</p>
<p>Adaugati putin lapte si amestecati.</p>
<p>Diluati treptat aluatul cu lapte pana obtineti textura dorita.</p>
<p>Cand conopida este fiarta si racita, se toarna mai mult ulei de prajit pe o tigaie mai adanca.</p>
<p>Infasurati trandafirii individuali de conopida uniform in aluatul preparat si transferati-i cu grija in ulei fierbinte.</p>
<p>Prajiti treptat trandafirii infasurati pe toate partile si apoi lasati excesul de ulei sa picure pe un prosop de hartie.</p>
<p>Serviti conopida prajita terminata cel mai bine cu cartofi fierti si putin sos.</p>
