<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Mai intai pregatim merele.</p>
<p>Curatam doua mere mari de coaja, le tiem in bucati mici.</p>
<p>Adaugam unt in tigaie, topunem zahar, adaugam merele tocate si cam jumatate de lingurita de scortisoara.</p>
<p>Se poate adauga mai multa scortisoara dupa gust.</p>
<p>Se fierb merele pana se inmoaie, amestecand.</p>
<p>Spargem oul intr-un castron, adaugam zaharul, zaharul vanilat, sare si turnam laptele.</p>
<p>Amestecam produsele cu un tel pana se dizolva zaharul.</p>
<p>Se toarna untul topit, se amesteca din nou cu un tel.</p>
<p>Adaugam o parte din faina pe care o amestecam cu praful de copt.</p>
<p>Mai intai amestecam cu un tel.</p>
<p>Se adauga restul de faina si se framanta aluatul moale cu mainile.</p>
<p>Intindem aluatul cu grosimea stratului este de aproximativ 4 mm.</p>
<p>Taiem aluatul in patrate.</p>

<p>Punem umplutura de mere pe fiecare patrat, cam o lingurita.</p>
