<p>1 morcov maricel – ras prin razatoarea fina,</p>
<p>1 felie mica telina rasa,</p>
<p>1 ceapa mare tocata fin,</p>
<p>130 g orez,</p>
<p>300 ml suc de rosii,</p>
<p>3 linguri pasta de rosii,</p>
<p>1-3 frunze dafin,</p>
<p>1 lingurita cimbru uscat,</p>
<p>1/2 legatura patrunjel verde tocat marunt,</p>
<p>sare, piper proaspat macinat, boabe de piper,</p>
<p>2 crengute de cimbru,</p>
<p>1 praf oregano,</p>
<p>2-3 linguri ulei, apa fiarta.</p>
<p>Cum se prepara: Calim ceapa tocata marunt in 2-3 linguri ulei pana devine sticloasa. Apoi punem jumatate din morcovul ras si le calim impreuna inca 1 minut.</p>
<p>Punem ciupercile tocate marunt peste acestea si continuam sa calim pana se inmoaie putin. In acest moment adaugam orezul spalat bine si scurs, cimbrul, sare, piper si patrunjelul tocat marunt.</p>
<p>Mai tinem pe foc inca 1-2 minute. Luam frunza de varza in mana si punem compozitia de ciuperci cu orez – cam o lingura – pe latimea frunzei, astfel incat sa ne ramana 2 cm la un capat si la celalat al frunzei.</p>
<p>Rulam sarmaua si introducem capatul ingust inauntru pentru a nu de desface sarmalele cand le fierbem. Cateva frunze de varza le taiem julien si le punem pe fundul oalei impreuna cu restul de morcov ras si telina rasa fin.</p>
<p>Amestecam sucul cu pasta de rosii si punem 1/3 din cantitate peste varza julien, apoi incepem sa aranjam sarmalele cu ciuperci si orez, aranjand pentru acestea crengute de cimbru si presaram putin oregano uscat.</p>
<p>Cand terminam de aranjat sarmalele turnam restul de suc de rosii, mai punem un rand de varza taiata julien si boabele de piper.</p>
<p>Adaugam uleiul si apa fierbinte pana la nivelul sarmalelor. Fierbem in jur de 30 minute la foc mediu-mic cu capacul pus si avand grija sa completam cu apa daca este nevoie.</p>
<p>Dupa aceste interval le dam la cuptor pentru 45-50 minute (in cuptorul preincalzit la 200 grade Celsius). Le servim calde. Se pot servi cu mamaliguta si ardei iute.</p>
