<p>2 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>1 lingurita de praf de ardei rosu</p>
<p>foi de dafin</p>
<p>sare si piper dupa dorinta</p>
<p>PREGATIRE:</p>
<p>Separati frunzele de varza si taiati cotorul, astfel incat frunzele sa nu fie dure si groase.</p>
<p>Taiati marunt usturoiul si ceapa si tocati cotoarele de la varza in cuburi mici.</p>
<p>Caleste ceapa intr-un pic de ulei.</p>
<p>Adaugati carnea tocata, piperul, ardeiul rosu, ceapa inabusita, slanina taiata cubulete si orezul la carnea tocata si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Adaugati putina apa dupa cum este necesar.</p>
<p>Infasurati carnea in frunze de varza si pliati marginile.</p>
<p>Aranjam intr-o oala cu putina apa, adaugam foile de dafin si fierbem totul impreuna timp de 1,5 ore la foc mic.</p>
<p>O alta reteta asemanatoare:</p>
<p>Iata de ce ingrediente veti avea nevoie pentru aceste sarmale la cuptor:</p>
<p>-250 g carne tocata de vita;</p>
<p>-250 g carne tocata de porc;</p>
<p>-1 varza murata;</p>
<p>-200 g morcovi;</p>
<p>-2 cepe;</p>
<p>-500 ml piure de rosii sau bulion;</p>
<p>-100 g orez;</p>
<p>-sare si peper dupa gust (puteti adauga boia, foi de dafin sau orice alte condimente doriti).</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Incepem cu umplutura. Tocam marunt o ceapa si o calim in putin ulei.</p>
<p>Adaugati carnea tocata. Dupa ce carnea incepe sa se faca, adaugam orezul pe care l-am spalat cu apa rece.</p>
<p>Se lasa cateva minute pe foc, adaugam sare si peper dupa gust.</p>
<p>Pentru sos. Tocati o ceapa marunt, dati morcovul pe razatoare.</p>
<p>Caliti ceapa cateva minute si apoi adaugati si morcovul. Amestecati pe foc inca 2-3 minute si adaugati piureul de rosii.</p>
<p>Fierbeti aproximativ 5 minute pe foc.</p>
<p>Separati foile de varza si taiati-le oarecum egale. Incepeti sa impaturiti sarmalele pe care le puneti intr-un vas de copt mai gos.</p>
<p>Cand primul rand este gata, turnam putin sos de rosii, apoi continuam cu un alt rand de sarmale si tot asa.</p>
<p>Sosul ar trebui sa fie utimul strat si sa acopere complet sarmalele.</p>
<p>Daca nu este suficient, mai adaugati putina apa.</p>
<p>Varza ramasa o puteti toca si apoi o puteti pune printre sarmale.</p>
<p>Acoperiti vasul cu staniol si coaceti timp de o ora si jumatate intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 200 de grade C.</p>
<p>Sarmalele sunt gata, suculente si delicioase. Pofta buna!</p>
