<p>INGREDIENTE BLAT ALB:</p>
<p>4 albusuri</p>
<p>1/2 pahar de zahar</p>
<p>1/2 lingura amidon de cartofi</p>
<p>1/2 lingura de faina</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita praf de copt</p>
<p>150 g seminte de susan</p>
<p>INGREDIENTE PENTRU CREMA</p>
<p>500 ml de lapte</p>
<p>3 linguri de faina</p>
<p>2 linguri amidon de porumb</p>
<p>1/2 pahar de zahar pudra</p>
<p>4 galbenusuri</p>
<p>1/2 pahar de unt</p>
<p>200 g de halva (cu vanilie sau alune)</p>
<p>MOD DE PREPARARE: </p>
<p>Pregatiti blatul cu cacao: </p>
<p>amestecati faina cernuta cu pudra de cacao. Despartiti albusurile de galebenusuri. Bateti albusurile, pana obtineti o spuma cu varfuri stabile. Spre sfarsit, adaugati treptat zaharul, amestecand bine dupa fiecare portie. </p>
<p>Adaugati cate un galbenus si amestecati bine dupa fiecare. Adaugati faina cu pudra de cacao si amestecati aluatul. Obtineti un aluat omogen.</p>
<p>Tapetati fundul unei forme de copt (cu diametrul de 23 cm) cu hartie. Nu este nevoie sa ungeti marginile. </p>
<p>Turnati in forma aluatul. Coaceti pandispanul in cuptorul preincalzit pana la temperatura de 160-170°С timp de 35-40 de minute. Timpul de coacere depinde de fiecare cuptor in parte. </p>
<p>Faceti testul scobitorii. Scoateti pandispanul din cuptor si lasati-l sa se raceasca. Taiati-l de-a lungul, in jumatate.</p>
<p>Pregatiti blatul alb: bateti albusurile, pana obtineti o spuma cu varfuri stabile. Treptat adaugati zaharul si amestecati. Adaugati celelalte ingrediente si amestecati. Turnati aluatul obtinut intr-o forma de copt, tapetata cu hartie. </p>
<p>Coaceti blatul in cuptorul preincalzit pana la temperatura de 180°С timp de 30 de minute. Pregatiti crema: turnati 250 ml de lapte intr-o cratita si puneti-o pe foc. </p>
<p>Adaugati zaharul si fierbeti laptele.</p>
<p>Pregatiti budinca: amestecati laptele ramas cu galbenusurile batute. Adaugati faina cernuta si amestecati, pana obtineti o masa omogena. </p>
<p>Turnati amestecul obtinut, cu un jet subtire in laptele fiert, amestecand incontinuu. Faceti focul mic si fierbeti budinca pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p> Luati-o de pe foc si lasati-o sa se raceasca. Amestecati untul cu un mixer, pana obtineti o crema. Treptat, adaugati halvaua si amestecati incontinuu.</p>
<p>Adaugati budinca (la temperatura camerei) si amestecati. Gustati crema. La necesitate, mai adaugati zahar. Lasati-o sa se raceasca. Pe un platou, aranjati un blat cu cacao. </p>
<p>Acoperiti-l cu crema, apoi cu un blat alb. Ungeti blatul cu crema si aranjati inca un blat cu cacao. </p>
<p>Acoperiti tortul cu crema deasupra si pe partile laterale.</p>
