<p>300 de grame de biscuiti digestivi zdrobiti</p>
<p>120 g unt topit</p>
<p>400 ml frisca deja indulcita (sau frisca dulce vegetala)</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-o cratita mica, puneti sucul de lamaie, apa, zaharul si amidonul de porumb.</p>
<p>Apoi puneti tigaia la foc mediu si amestecati continuu.</p>
<p>Dupa cateva minute, veti observa cum amestecul se ingroasa si devine o crema fina.</p>
<p>Cand capata consistenta budincii, se scoate de pe foc si se lasa sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Intr-un bol, combinati biscuitii zdrobiti si untul topit.</p>
<p>Intindeti o treime din amestec intr-o tava de tort sau intr-un vas de sticla, apasand bine cu o lingura sau cu fundul unui pahar pentru a forma o baza ferma.</p>
<p>In acelasi timp, intr-un alt bol, bateti frisca.</p>
<p>Cand crema de lamaie s-a racit complet, o combinam cu frisca batuta.</p>
<p>Este important sa amestecati cu miscari usoare pentru a mentine aerisirea friscii.</p>
<p>Vei obtine o crema racoritoare, cu note subtile de lamaie.</p>
<p>Intindeti jumatate din crema uniform pe baza de biscuiti pregatita.</p>

<p>Presatai inca o treime din aluatul de biscuiti, restul de crema si restul de biscuiti.</p>
