<p>sare, piper negru macinat dupa gust;</p>
<p>ulei de floarea soarelui rafinat pentru prajit;</p>
<p>100 g branza</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spalati si uscati dovleceii. Taiem cozile fiecarui dovlecei si ii taiem pe lungime in 2 jumatati.</p>
<p>Scoateti pulpa cu o lingura. Incercam sa nu deterioram peretii. Formam o barca.</p>
<p>Barcutele trebuie sarate si piperate. Apoi, folosind o pensula, ungem cu ulei vegetal pe ambele parti.</p>
<p>Intindem dovleceii pregatiti pe o foaie de copt.</p>
<p>Trimitem barcutele la un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade.</p>
<p>Coacem 10 minute, nu mai mult.</p>
<p>In timp ce dovleceii se coc, pregatiti umplutura.</p>
<p>Taiati marunt fileul de pui. In loc de file, puteti folosi carne tocata sau orice alta carne la alegere.</p>
<p>Se prajeste fileul de pui tocat in ulei vegetal pana se inmoaie.</p>
<p>Carnea trebuie rumenita.</p>
<p>Taiati ceapa marunt, o trimitem la prajit in aceeasi tigaie unde a fost prajita carnea.</p>
<p>Tocam marunt pulpa de dovlecei ramasa.</p>
<p>O trimitem la ceapa, care a fost deja prajita pana se rumeneste.</p>
<p>Se prajeste pana se inmoaie.</p>
<p>Taiati rosiile in cuburi mici.</p>
<p>Se amesteca cu ierburi tocate marunt.</p>
<p>Adaugati fileul de pui prajit racit, o treime din branza rasa pe razatoarea fina, usturoiul ras si maioneza la rosiile cu ierburi. Am amestecat.</p>
<p>Se adauga dovleceii raciti cu ceapa, sare, piper dupa gust si se amesteca din nou totul.</p>
<p>Umplem barcutele racite cu umplutura rezultata.</p>
<p>Presarati deasupra cu branza rasa pe o razatoare grosiera.</p>
<p>Trimitem la coacere intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade timp de 5-10 minute.</p>
<p>Barcutele de dovlecei umplute la cuptor sunt gata!</p>
