<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Turnati zaharul, sarea si drojdia uscata in laptele cald, amestecati ingredientele pana cand drojdia se dizolva.</p>
<p>Adaugati oul in amestecul de drojdie si amestecati.</p>
<p>Turnati suc de portocale si ulei vegetal in amestec, amestecati ingredientele.</p>
<p>Turnati putin din faina si praful de copt in amestec, framantati aluatul.</p>
<p>Turnati faina ramasa in aluat si continuati sa framantati cu mainile un aluat elastic si moale.</p>
<p>Adaugati untul in aluat si framantati.</p>

<p>Acoperiti aluatul cu folie alimentara si lasati 30-40 de minute la crescut.</p>
<p>Apoi framantati din nou aluatul si impartiti-l in 12 parti.</p>
<p>Intindeti fiecare bucata de aluat intr-o franghie subtire.</p>
<p>Impaturim gogosile si le punem pe hartie de copt.</p>

<p>Intr-o tigaie in ulei vegetal, prajiti gogosile pe ambele parti pana se rumenesc.</p>
