<p>700 g inimi de pui</p>
<p>200 g smantana</p>
<p>1 lingura faina</p>
<p>2-3 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>1 lingurita sare</p>
<p>1 lingurita de boia</p>
<p>ierburi aromate uscate dupa gust</p>
<p>ceapa verde pentru servire</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Primul pas este pregatirea a 700 g de inimi de pui.</p>
<p>Daca este necesar, taiem vasele de sange, curatam cheagurile de sange si indepartam venele.</p>
<p>Taiati inimile curatate pe lungime in 4 parti.</p>
<p>Apoi, va trebui sa transferati inimile intr-o strecuratoare, clatiti-le si lasati-le deoparte, astfel incat lichidul in exces sa fie indepartat.</p>
<p>2 cepe de dimensiuni medii cu o greutate totala de 220 g taiate in jumatati de inele subtiri sau sferturi de inele.</p>
<p>Incalziti tigaia cu 2 linguri de ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Se prajeste ceapa pana devine aurie, amestecand din cand in cand.</p>
<p>Intre timp, spatali si taiatiĀ 400 g ciuperci.</p>
<p>Le taiem in mai multe parti in functie de marime.</p>
<p>Puneti ciupercile tocate in tigaie cu ceapa prajita.</p>
<p>Se fierbe la foc mic, amestecand ocazional, pana cand lichidul se evapora (10 minute).</p>
<p>Adaugati inimi, acoperiti si fierbeti sub capac timp de aproximativ 25-30 de minute la foc mic.</p>
<p>In timp ce inimile cu ciuperci sunt inabusite, adaugati 200 g smantana, adaugati 1 lingura faina, usturoi tocat, 1 lingurita sare, boia si, daca se doreste, ierburi aromate uscate.</p>
<p>Se amesteca bine pana se omogenizeaza si se trimite acest amestec in tigaia cu inimi si ciuperci.</p>
<p>Se amesteca, se face focul mai puternic si se fierbe inca 1-2 minute sub capac.</p>
<p>Intre timp, tocati marunt ceapa verde si presarati-le pe vasul finit.</p>
<p>Se pare ca inimile de pui foarte gustoase cu ciuperci in sos, o puteti servi cu orice garnitura.</p>
