<p>1 pliculet praf de copt</p>
<p>1/2 cana faina</p>
<p>Pentru umplutura:</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-un vas adanc batem ouale cu iaurtul si uleiul, apoi adaugam faina amestecata cu praful de copt si sare dupa gust.</p>
<p>Amestecati pentru a va asigura ca nu exista cocoloase.</p>
<p>Adaugati ou si sare dupa gust in branza, apoi amestecati.</p>
<p>Separati 4 foi de placinta si taiati-le in fasii subtiri (infasurati restul ca sa nu se usuce).</p>
<p>Luati o foaie si intindeti amestecul de oua pe jumatate din suprafata (2 linguri sunt suficiente), apoi intindeti aproximativ 2 linguri de umplutura de branza.</p>

<p>Aranjati fasiile taiate peste branza, apoi pliati partea uscata peste umplutura (jumatatea acoperita).</p>

<p>Rulati ca un rulou intr-o tava unsa cu ulei.</p>
<p>Repetati procedura cu foile ramase.</p>
<p>Intindeti toppingul ramas deasupra melcilor intr-un strat mai gros.</p>
