<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pe masura ce am incercat aceasta reteta, aproape ca am uitat de clatitele clasice.</p>
<p>Cat de convenabil si de simplu &#8211; in loc sa stau la aragaz si sa prajesc, amestec doar toate ingredientele, torn intr-o forma si in cuptor.</p>
<p>O alternativa excelenta la clatitele obisnuite si, cel mai important, fara un tam-tam lung.</p>
<p>Acum gatesc o clatita finlandeza „lenesa” si o impart in portii.</p>
<p>Cu fructe de padure la micul dejun pe masura, si cat de frumos este.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Totul este atat de simplu incat a face o astfel de clatita este o adevarata placere.</p>
<p>Aluatul se poate face cu adevarat in 5 minute, nu mai mult.</p>
<p>Se sparg ouale intr-un castron, se adauga zaharul si se bate usor amestecul cu un tel obisnuit pana cand apar bule.</p>
<p>Adaugam lapte.</p>
<p>Si unt topit, dar nu fierbinte.</p>
<p>Bateti totul din nou un pic.</p>
<p>Nici macar nu batem, ci doar amestecam activ.</p>
<p>Dupa aceea, introducem faina in portii mici, amestecand constant.</p>
<p>Aluatul este gata.</p>
<p>In general, procesul este acelasi ca pentru clatitele obisnuite.</p>
<p>Luam orice forma pentru coacere.</p>
<p>Punem hartie de copt si ungem cu ulei vegetal.</p>

<p>Se toarna aluatul in forma.</p>
<p>Stratul de aluat trebuie sa fie subtire.</p>
<p>Il punem in cuptorul preincalzit si coacem 17-20 de minute la 200 C.</p>

<p>Intindem pe ea orice fructe de padure (pot fi decongelate, nu neaparat proaspat), stropim cu zahar pudra, taiem portii si servim la micul dejun sau pentru o gustare de dupa-amiaza.</p>

<p>In general, pot spune ca aceasta clatita finlandeza, care se numeste Pannukakku, este atat de gustoasa incat chiar si ca desert poate inlocui prajiturile sau ceva dulce pentru ceai.</p>
