<p>Crema:</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>200 g zahar</p>
<p>1 budinca de vanilie</p>
<p>3 linguri faina</p>
<p>500 ml lapte</p>
<p>200 ml frisca lichida</p>
<p>150 unt</p>
<p>Glazura de ciocolata:</p>
<p>100 g ciocolata</p>
<p>30 g unt</p>
<p>25 ml lapte</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Mai intai pregatiti crema.</p>
<p>Se amesteca ouale cu zaharul vanilat si zaharul.</p>
<p>Adauga budinca de vanilie si faina.</p>
<p>Se toarna laptele si se amesteca pana se omogenizeaza.</p>

<p>Gatiti pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Transferati budinca gatita intr-un castron si acoperiti cu folie pentru a preveni formarea unei coji.</p>
<p>Pentru blat, bateti ouale cu zaharul vanilat si zaharul.</p>
<p>Se adauga uleiul si faina cernuta cu cacao si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Se toarna aluatul intr-o forma tapetata cu hartie de copt si se coace la 170°C aproximativ 15 minute.</p>
<p>Verificati cu o scobitoare daca este copt.</p>
<p>Se amesteca budinca racita cu untul.</p>
<p>Adaugati frisca si amestecati usor.</p>

<p>Taiati blatul in jumatate.</p>
<p>Se pune o jumatate din blat inapoi in forma, se insiropeaza cu lapte si se intinde cu jumatate din crema.</p>
<p>Puneti cealalta jumatate de blat si aplicati crema si pe ea.</p>
<p>Pentru glazura, topim ciocolata intr-o baie de apa impreuna cu untul si laptele.</p>

<p>Se toarna peste tort.</p>
<p>Se lasa la frigider, de preferat pana a doua zi.</p>
