<p>Ingrediente pentru aluat:</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 300 g;</p>
<p>chefir &#8211; 350 g;</p>
<p>ulei vegetal &#8211; 80 g;</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 100 g;</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 2 buc.;</p>
<p>bicarbonat de sodiu &#8211; 1 lingurita;</p>
<p>sare &#8211; un praf;</p>
<p>seminte de dovleac &#8211; 1 lingura.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se rade dovleacul decojit pe o razatoare grosiera.</p>
<p>Topiti zaharul intr-o tigaie pana devine caramel, adaugati untul si amestecati.</p>
<p>Adaugati dovleacul la caramel, amestecati si caliti timp de 5-6 minute.</p>
<p>Adaugati scortisoara in umplutura, amestecati si lasati sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Pentru aluat, amestecati ouale cu zaharul si adaugati sare in amestec.</p>
<p>Turnati ulei vegetal in el, adaugati chefir, bicarbonat de sodiu si amestecati din nou.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat faina in amestec in parti, framantati aluatul pentru placinta.</p>
<p>Rezultatul final ar trebui sa fie un aluat gros, fara cocoloase.</p>
<p>Asezati hartie de copt pe fundul unei tigai si turnati o parte din aluat.</p>
<p>Incepeti sa coaceti la foc mic.</p>
<p>Puneti umplutura deasupra aluatului si adaugati restul de aluat.</p>

<p>Blatul poate fi stropit cu seminte de dovleac.</p>

<p>Acoperiti placinta cu un capac si gatiti timp de 30 de minute pana cand marginile se rumenesc usor.</p>
<p>Apoi, intoarceti folosind o farfurie plata.</p>
<p>Gatiti placinta acoperit inca 10 minute.</p>
<p>Rezultatul este o placinta de dovleac delicioasa si aromata.</p>
