<p>100 g de margarina</p>
<p>2-3 pliculete de zahar vanilat sau esenta de vanilie</p>
<p>Ulei de seminte</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Amestecati laptele cu zaharul si aduceti-le la fierbere.</p>
<p>Daca laptele este gros, adaugati putina apa, dar aveti grija sa nu depasiti 1½ litru (de exemplu, 1 litru de lapte de cocos si 500 ml de apa).</p>
<p>Cand se incalzesc, se adauga grisul si se amesteca pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Se ia de pe foc si se incorporeaza margarina si vanilia.</p>
<p>Ungeti tava cu ulei de seminte (36 × 28 cm) si asezati doua foi pe margini. In asa fel incat sa acopere si crema la final.</p>

<p>Intindeti crema calda si intoarceti marginile spre interior.</p>
