<p>Umplutura:</p>
<p>lamaie &#8211; 1 buc.</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 200 g</p>
<p>apa &#8211; 500 ml</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-un castron, amestecati faina cu untul moale pe care l-ati dat prin razatoare.</p>
<p>Se adauga sare in amestec si la final smantana amestecata cu bicarbonat de sodiu.</p>
<p>Framantam aluatul, acoperim cu folie alimentara si lasam sa se odihneasca putin.</p>

<p>Intre timp, pregatiti umplutura punand apa la fiert intr-o cratita si gatind lamaia in ea timp de 1 minut.</p>
<p>Scurgeti lamaia, lasati-o sa se raceasca si taiati-o cubulete.</p>
<p>Apoi amestecati cu zaharul.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in 2 parti egale, din care intindeti doua foi de cca 30&#215;22 cm.</p>
<p>Asezati o foaie intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si intindeti umplutura de lamaie pe toata suprafata.</p>

<p>Peste umplutura se aseaza cealalta jumatate de aluat, se lipesc marginile si se coace prajitura ieftina in cuptorul preincalzit la 190°C pentru 35-40 de minute.</p>

<p>Nota: Pentru a elibera aburul, strapungeti blatul in mai multe locuri cu un cutit sau o furculita.</p>
