<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Amestecati branza de vaci cu ouale, adaugati smantana si nu uitati sa adaugati sare.</p>

<p>Asezam o foaie pe a doua, facem trei taieturi pe parti opuse, distanta dintre ele este de aproximativ 10 cm.</p>

<p>Puneti umplutura pe suprafata fara a atinge taietura.</p>
<p>Indoiti marginile opuse cu taieturile spre mijloc, acoperind umplutura.</p>
<p>De asemenea, punem umplutura pe urmatoarea parte cu taietura, apoi punem patratul rezultat pe ea.</p>

<p>Impaturim taieturile la mijloc intr-un patrat, punem umplutura si un patrat putin mai gros pe jumatatea ramasa.</p>
<p>Acoperiti-l cu partile tocate ramase ale foii.</p>
<p>Asezati placinta pe o foaie de copt si ungeti blatul cu unt.</p>
<p>Restul placintelor le modelam in acelasi mod.</p>
<p>Coaceti-le la 180 de grade timp de 40 de minute.</p>

<p>Daca vreti sa faceti acasa inclusiv aluatul pentru foietaj, iata o reteta potrivita:</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>

<p>apa – 300 ml</p>
<p>unt – 200 g</p>
<p>ou – 1 buc.</p>
<p>otet – 1 lingurita</p>
<p>sare – 0,5 lingurita</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Cerneti faina intr-un bol si lasati-o deoparte.</p>
<p>In cel de-al doilea castron, turnati apa rece, otet, adaugati sare, oul batut si amestecati totul bine.</p>
<p>Amestecati amestecul uscat si lichid si framantati aluatul.</p>

<p>Topiti untul inmuiat si intindeti cealalta jumatate de aluat peste unt.</p>
<p>Aliniati marginile pentru a face aluatul uniform.</p>
<p>Apoi rulati in forma unei carapace de melc si infasurati in folie alimentara.</p>

<p>Punem aluatul invelit astfel la congelator pentru 15 minute, il scoatem in intindem intr-o foaie subtire si apoi il rulam din nou.</p>
<p>Il dam la frigider, unde se va raci pentru minim 2 ore.</p>
<p>Dupa acest timp, scoateti aluatul din frigider, desfaceti-l si intindeti-l din nou.</p>
<p>Apoi impaturiti aluatul intr-un „plic” si puneti-l la congelator pentru a-l pastra pentru utilizarea ulterioara.</p>
