<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti stafidele la inmuiat in apa calda.</p>
<p>Puneti branza de vaci maruntita intr-un bol mai mare, adaugati zaharul vanilat, smantana, grisul, doua galbenusuri si un ou intreg, o lingura de zahar si esenta.</p>
<p>Blenduiti ingredietele pana obtineti un aluat omogen, fara cocoloase.</p>
<p>Scoateti stafidele din apa calda si uscati-le pe un servetel, adaugati-le la amestecul cu branza de vaci.</p>

<p>Separat mixati cele 2 albusuri cu un praf de sare si doua linguri de zahar.</p>
<p>Incorporati apoi spuma de albusuri cu aluatul cu branza de vaci.</p>
<p>Ungeti cu unt vasul si puneti toata compozitia in el, ungeti cu putina smantana pe deasupra si dati la cuptorul preincalzit la 160 grade C pentru aproximativ 50 minute.</p>
