<p class="isSelectedEnd">Bate ouale cu zaharul si zaharul vanilat pana devin pufoase. Adauga treptat uleiul, iaurtul si laptele, amestecand continuu.</p>
</li>

<p class="isSelectedEnd">Incorporeaza faina, cacaoa, sarea si praful de copt. (Sfat: cerne ingredientele uscate pentru un aluat fara cocoloase.)</p>

<p class="isSelectedEnd">Toarna aluatul intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si coace la 170ยฐC timp de aproximativ 18 minute. Dupa coacere, acopera cu un prosop si lasa sa se raceasca complet.</p>

<p class="isSelectedEnd">Taie marginile blatului si imparte-l in 3 parti egale.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">Pentru ganache: incalzeste smantana si adauga ciocolata tocata. Amesteca pana se topeste, apoi adauga untul. Acopera cu folie si lasa la frigider 1 ora.</p>

<p class="isSelectedEnd">(Optional) Strecoara ganache-ul pentru o textura mai fina.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">Asambleaza prajitura: unge primul strat cu 1/3 din crema, adauga urmatorul blat si repeta. Imbraca prajitura si pe laterale cu crema.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">Decoreaza cu ciocolata si lasa la frigider inca 1 ora.</p>
</li>
</ol>
