<p>Pentru umplutura:</p>
<p>250 g crema de branza</p>
<p>250 g mascarpone</p>
<p>100 g zahar</p>
<p>2 pliculete zahar vanilat</p>
<p>50 g pudra de budinca de vanilie</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>200 ml smantana dulce.</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Preincalziti cuptorul la 180 de grade.</p>
<p>Amestecati zaharul si praful de sare cu untul cu un mixer.</p>
<p>Untul trebuie sa fie la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Adaugati zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati oul si bateti pana se incorporeaza.</p>
<p>La final, adaugati faina cu un praf de copt.</p>
<p>Combinati amestecul si, daca doriti, adaugati in aluat putina coaja rasa fin de lamaie.</p>
<p>Luati o forma rotunda de tort (cu diametrul de 26 sau 28 cm) sau una dreptunghiulara, ungeti fundul cu putin unt si presarati cu faina pentru a impiedica lipirea in timpul coacerii (sau folositi hartie de copt).</p>
<p>Tapetati fundul formei cu aluatul pregatit si folositi degetele pentru a-l ridica 2-3 cm lateral pentru a crea o adancitura in care sa asezati crema.</p>
<p>Apasati aluatul ferm cu degetele de-a lungul marginii, astfel incat sa nu se prabuseasca in timpul coacerii. Coaceti in cuptorul preincalzit timp de aproximativ 10 minute la 180 de grade.</p>
<p>Intr-un bol adanc, bateti ouale cu zaharul pana cand acesta se dizolva si amestecul se deschide si se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Combinati cele doua tipuri de branza (puteti folosi si 500 g de mascarpone), adaugati praful de budinca, smantana si, odata ce aveti un amestec cremos, incepeti sa adaugati incet ouale batute cu zaharul si vanilia, apoi amestecati cu o spatula sau un mixer la cea mai mica viteza pana cand toate ingredientele sunt combinate.</p>
<p>Acest lucru va dura aproximativ 10 minute, pana cand crusta se coace.</p>
<p>Turnati amestecul rezultat peste crusta coapta si introduceti-l inapoi in cuptor, apoi lasati-l sa se coaca inca o ora la 145 de grade.</p>
<p>Cand prajitura este gata, lasati-o in cuptor cu usa intredeschisa sa se raceasca, apoi o presarati cu zahar pudra.</p>
