<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Sa pregatim mai intai blatul.</p>
<p>Pentru a face acest lucru, bateti 6 oua cu un mixer cu 150 g de zahar si 1 lingurita de esenta de valilie.</p>
<p>Cand masa devine alba, spumoasa, se amesteca mai intai 50 ml de lapte, apoi cu o spatula 220 g de faina cu praf de copt.</p>
<p>Intindem aluatul omogen pe o tava de copt cu diametrul de 40 pe 35 cm, tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Coacem blatul in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade pentru 25 de minute.</p>

<p>Apoi lasam blatul sa se raceasca putin si o taiem in jumatate.</p>
<p>Acum pregatiti crema.</p>
<p>Se amesteca 2 oua cu 150 g zahar, un praf de sare si 1 lingura faina.</p>
<p>Se amesteca cu un tel.</p>
<p>Se toarna laptele si se aduce la fierbere, amestecand continuu.</p>
<p>Cand crema se ingroasa, se ia de pe foc si se da la frigider.</p>
<p>Bateti untul moale cu un mixer.</p>
<p>In untul batut se adauga mai intai crema, apoi praful de cacao.</p>
<p>Intindeti blaturile cu o crema omogena de ciocolata, ungeti prajitura cu ea deasupra si pe margini.</p>

<p>Trimiteti la frigider pentru 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Intre timp pregatim glazura.</p>
<p>Topiti ciocolata cu smantana intr-o baie de apa, amestecati in masa nucile maruntite.</p>
<p>Intindeti glazura peste tort, trimiteti la frigider.</p>
<p>Sa aveti pofta!</p>
