<p>Faina de grau 110 g</p>
<p>Zahar 170 g</p>
<p>Lapte 500 ml</p>
<p>Lamaie 0,5 buc.</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Cernem faina, praful de copt si pudra de cacao intr-un castron adanc.</p>
<p>Impartiti ouale in galbenusuri si albusuri.</p>
<p>Se amesteca 150 g unt inmuiat.</p>
<p>Apoi, in timp ce continuati sa bateti, adaugati treptat zaharul.</p>
<p>Lasati putin zahar pentru baterea albusurilor.</p>
<p>Adaugati galbenusurile pe rand, amestecand cu un mixer.</p>
<p>Bateti albusurile separat cu zahar pudra pan pufoase.</p>
<p>Adaugati albusurile in masa de galbenus si amestecati.</p>
<p>Se toarna amestecul uscat de ingrediente in portii si se framanta aluatul.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul finit in doua parti si coaceti doua blaturi intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade.</p>
<p>Coaceti o jumatate de ora.</p>
<p>Se raceste si se taie fiecare blat in doua parti egale.</p>
<p>Se toarna grisul in lapte intr-un jet subtire si se fierbe, amestecand ocazional, pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Se toarna zahar, se amesteca pana se dizolva.</p>
<p>Scoateti crema de pe foc si dati-o la frigider.</p>
<p>Radeti coaja de lamaie, stoarceti sucul.</p>
<p>Amestecati cu crema.</p>
<p>Combinati restul de unt cu crema si bateti pana devine pufos.</p>
<p>Impartiti crema in 4 si ungreit fiecare balt in mod egal.</p>
<p>Decorati cu fulgi de ciocolata.</p>
<p>Se da la frigider peste noapte.</p>
<p>Pentru o aroma mai bogata, incercati sa adaugati cirese crema.</p>
<p>La urma urmei, ciocolata si ciresele sunt o combinatie clasica care transforma orice desert intr-un desert rafinat.</p>
