<p>ð¡ Crema:</p>

<li>60 g zahar</li>
<li>50 g amidon de porumb</li>
<li>2 oua</li>
<li>1 pastaie de vanilie</li>
<li>100 g unt</li>
<li>180 g ciocolata (neagra sau cu lapte)</li>

<p>ð©ð³ Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1ï¸â£ Intr-o cratita, pune untul, zaharul, sarea si apa. Incalzeste 1–2 minute pana se dizolva.</p>
<p>2ï¸â£ Adauga faina si amesteca energic 2–3 minute pana obtii un aluat compact.</p>
<p>3ï¸â£ Pune aluatul intr-un bol si adauga ouale pe rand, amestecand bine dupa fiecare.</p>
<p>4ï¸â£ Imparte aluatul in doua si intinde-l in doua tavi rotunde tapetate cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>ð¡ Sfat: foloseste o lingura umeda pentru a-l intinde mai usor.</p>
<p>5ï¸â£ Coace la 180°C timp de aproximativ 35 de minute. Nu deschide cuptorul in timpul coacerii!</p>
<p>6ï¸â£ Pentru crema: incalzeste 375 ml lapte cu zaharul. Separat, amesteca ouale cu amidonul si restul de lapte.</p>
<p>7ï¸â£ Toarna amestecul peste laptele cald si gateste pana se ingroasa (1–2 minute), apoi mai lasa 1 minut.</p>
<p>8ï¸â£ Ia de pe foc si adauga vanilia, untul si ciocolata. Amesteca pana devine fina.</p>
<p>9ï¸â£ Lasa crema sa se racoreasca 10–15 minute (acopera cu folie ca sa nu faca crusta).</p>
<p>ð Asamblare:</p>

<li>Da la frigider peste noapte</li>

Pastreaza cateva linguri de crema pentru decor si orneaza dupa preferinta.</p>
