<p>&#8211; praf de copt, 0,5 lingurite;</p>
<p>&#8211; ciocolata, 120 g;</p>
<p>&#8211; un varf de cutit de sare.</p>
<p>Pentru a pregati crema, aveti nevoie de:</p>
<p>&#8211; galbenusuri, 6 buc;</p>
<p>&#8211; zahar, 100 g;</p>
<p>&#8211; lapte, 500 g;</p>
<p>&#8211; amidon de porumb, 50 g;</p>
<p>&#8211; zahar vanilat, 1 lingurita;</p>
<p>&#8211; unt, 100 g.</p>
<p>Pentru insiropare:</p>
<p>&#8211; lapte, 100 g.</p>
<p>Pentru glazura:</p>
<p>&#8211; ciocolata, 80 g;</p>
<p>&#8211; lapte, 30 ml;</p>
<p>&#8211; unt, 30 g.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Dati ciocolata pe razatoarea fina. Acoperiti tava cu hartie de copt si porniti cuptorul la 180 de grade.</p>
<p>Bateti albusurile pana devin pufoase, combinati cu zaharul si bateti pana devin ferme si groase.</p>
<p>Se amesteca faina cu praful de copt si se cerna in albusuri, se adauga o parte din ciocolata. Se amesteca cu o spatula de jos in sus. Adaugati restul de ciocolata si framantati.</p>
<p>Intindem aluatul, il distribuim intr-un strat uniform, il nivelam cu o spatula.</p>
<p>Coaceti blatul timp de 8 &#8211; 10 minute pana se rumeneste usor.</p>
<p>Lasam blatul sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Pentru crema, puneti o parte din lapte pe foc si incalziti.</p>
<p>Se amesteca zaharul cu vanilie si amidon, galbenusurile si restul de lapte, se amesteca pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Punem la foc mediu si turnam laptele fierbinte, amestecand continuu.</p>
<p>Gatiti crema pana se ingroasa, amestecand continuu. Se fierbe 1 minut si se ia de pe foc.</p>
<p>Untul trebuie sa fie la temperatura camerei. Puteti inlocui untul cu smantana sau faceti fara el.</p>
<p>Bateti untul pana devine pufos si adaugati-l la crema, batand constant.</p>
<p>Pentru glazura, combinati ingredientele si gatiti pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Taiati blatul in 3 parti, taiati marginile.</p>
<p>Formam o prajitura, dar mai intai insiropam blaturile cu lapte. Punem blat- crema- blat- crema- blat- crema- glazura.</p>
<p>Acoperim tortul cu glazura si punem la frigider cateva ore.</p>
