Bate galbenusurile cu zaharul, zaharul vanilat, amidonul si 150 ml lapte.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">2ï¸â£ Fierbe restul de lapte, apoi adauga amestecul de galbenusuri si gateste 2–3 minute pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">3ï¸â£ Lasa crema sa se raceasca (acoperita cu folie, lipita de suprafata).</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">4ï¸â£ Blatul:<br />
Bate albusurile spuma, adauga treptat zaharul si zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">5ï¸â£ Incorporeaza faina amestecata cu praful de copt, apoi adauga macul si coaja de lamaie.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">6ï¸â£ Imparte aluatul in 3 parti si coace fiecare blat la 180°C timp de aproximativ 20 de minute.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">7ï¸â£ Dupa racire, adauga untul in crema si mixeaza pana devine fina.</p>
