<p>350 g faina</p>
<p>1 pliculet praf de copt</p>
<p>aproximativ 1 kg de mere</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Topiti untul si lasati-l sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Curatati merele de coji si seminte. Taiati-le in cubulete mai mici.</p>
<p>Bateti ouale si zaharul pana cand zaharul se dizolva complet.</p>
<p>Adaugati untul topit si racit. Se amesteca.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat (in 2 portii) faina cernuta cu praful de copt. Se amesteca pana se omogenizeaza.</p>

<p>Adaugati galbenusurile de ou, laptele, coaja de lamaie rasa si faina cernuta cu praful de copt.</p>
<p>Se amesteca usor, apoi se tapeteaza o forma de copt rotunda de 22-24 cm cu hartie de copt si se toarna aluatul.</p>
<p>Se coace intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 170 de grade C aproximativ 40 de minute.</p>
