<p>1 lingurita praf de copt;</p>
<p>0,5 lingurita de sare;</p>
<p>10 g zahar vanilat;</p>
<p>100 ml ulei de floarea soarelui.</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru umplutura:</p>
<p>3 mere;</p>
<p>1 lingurita scortisoara.</p>
<p>In plus:</p>
<p>40 g de faina;</p>
<p>30 g zahar;</p>
<p>30 g unt;</p>
<p>Esenta de vanilie.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Trebuie sa batem bine ouale cu zahar.</p>
<p>Mai intai, separati albusurile de galbenusuri si adaugati 0,5 lingurita de sare la albusuri.</p>
<p>Bateti ingredientele intr-un bol cu un mixer pana devin spumoase.</p>
<p>Fara a opri mixerul, se adauga zaharul vanilat si se adauga treptat zaharul.</p>
<p>Cand observam o spuma luxurianta, stabila, adaugati cate un galbenus pe rand.</p>
<p>Bateti pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Se toarna ulei vegetal rafinat intr-un jet subtire.</p>
<p>Adaugati smantana.</p>
<p>Apoi, amestecati faina cu praful de copt.</p>
<p>Adaugati o treime in amestecul preparat.</p>
<p>Se amesteca cu o spatula, miscandu-se de jos in sus, pentru a nu pierde aerul aluatului.</p>
<p>Pentru umplutura, curatati merele de coaja si scapati de miez.</p>
<p>Taiati in felii plate.</p>
<p>Adaugati scortisoara.</p>
<p>Luam o tava de copt, ungem marginile cu ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Pentru a facilita indepartarea prajiturii dintr-o forma dintr-o singura bucata, puteti aseza un strat de hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Mutam 3 sferturi din aluat in tava si distribuim uniform.</p>

<p>Pentru stropire se amesteca 40 de grame de faina si 30 de grame de zahar.</p>
