<p>2 pachetele zahar vanilat</p>
<p>Topping:</p>
<p>200 ml lapte</p>
<p>5 linguri zahar</p>
<p>50 g ciocolata</p>
<p>180 g margarina</p>
<p>2 pliculete zahar vanilat</p>
<p>3 linguri cacao</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se bat albusurile spuma cu zaharul, se adauga galbenusurile cate unul, adaugam uleiul si zaharul vanilat. Adaugam faina si praful de copt, amestecam incet cu o spatula.</p>
<p>Se toarna compozitia intr-o tava acoperita cu margarina si presarata cu faina sau, mai simplu, punem decat foaie de copt.</p>
<p>Se coace la 200 de grade timp de aproximativ 25 de minute.</p>
<p>Pregatiti toppingul de lapte, zahar, margarina, pudra de cacao si ciocolata. Puneti la foc mic toate aceste ingrediente si amestecati pana se incorporeaza. Nu trebuie sa fierbeti!</p>
<p>Taiati blatul fierbinte in tava in cuburi si turnati peste el aceasta glazura.</p>

<p>Pentru blat:</p>
<p>200 g faina</p>
<p>200 g zahar tos</p>
<p>5 oua</p>
<p>1 lingurita cu varf praf de copt</p>
<p>2 fiole esenta de vanilie</p>
<p>130 g unt topit</p>
<p>Pentru glazura:</p>
<p>100 g unt</p>
<p>250 ml lapte</p>
<p>65 g cacao</p>
<p>370 g zahar (pudra sau tos)</p>
<p>1 fiola esenta rom</p>
<p>Pentru tavalit:</p>
<p>250 g nuca de cocos</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Preincalzeste cuptorul la treapta mare.</p>
<p>Intr-un vas mare, bate ouale cu ajutorul unui mixer. Adauga, treptat, zaharul si vanilia, pana obtii un amestec omogen si fin.</p>
<p>Toarna treptat, faina si praful de copt, amestecand usor si cu gesturi largi cu o spatula. Cand s-a omogenizat, toarna untul (topit si lasat la temperatura camerei) si amesteca.</p>
<p>Pune compozitia intr-o tava care nu lipeste si da la cuptor 25 de minute.</p>
<p>Lasa pandispanul la racit si apuca-te de glazura.</p>
<p>Topeste untul usor intr-o cratita, toarna laptele si amesteca. Cerne zaharul si pudra de cacao, amesteca incet pana incepe sa se ingroase glazura. Spre final, adauga esenta de rom. Lasa un pic la racit glazura.</p>
<p>Intre timp taie pandispanul in cubulete. Infige, pe rand, o furculita in fiecare cub in parte, inmoaie bine in glazura pana se acopera uniform, scurge excesul si da prin nuca de cocos.</p>
<p>Lasa la racit bine inainte de servire.</p>
