<p>100 g zahar</p>
<p>125 g de unt</p>
<p>50 g glazura de ciocolata</p>
<p>1 lingura pudra de cacao</p>
<p>70 g nuca macinata</p>
<p>150 g de biscuiti macinati</p>
<p>1 lingura esenta de rom</p>
<p>Pentru decor (optional):</p>
<p>50 g ciocolata alba</p>
<p>50 g ciocolata neagra</p>
<p>6 linguri smantana sau frisca lichida</p>
<p>Procesul de gatire:</p>
<p>Ungeti o foaie de napolitana cu dulceata si puneti biscuiti peste ea.</p>

<p>Adaugati 100 ml apa in oala si adaugati 100 g zahar.</p>
<p>Se aduce la fierbere amestecand continuu, pana cand zaharul este complet dizolvat.</p>
<p>Se adauga apoi untul, ciocolata si cacao.</p>
<p>Se amesteca pana cand toate ingredientele sunt dizolvate si amestecate.</p>
<p>La sfarsit adaugam nucile macinate, biscuiti pisati si esenta de rom.</p>
<p>Intindeti aceasta masa peste stratul de biscuiti si apoi puneti din nou un strat de biscuiti.</p>
<p>Puneti un strat de dulceata peste biscuiti si apoi acoperiti cu cealalta foaie de napolitana.</p>
<p>Acoperiti desertul preparat cu greutatea potrivita (de exemplu, o tava pe care sa asezati 2 l de lapte) si pastrati la frigider 2-3 ore.</p>
<p>Intre timp, pregatiti glazura pentru decor.</p>
<p>Se toarna ciocolata alba rupta in oala, se adauga smantana si, amestecand continuu, se lasa ciocolata sa se topeasca.</p>
<p>Apoi acoperiti cu ea intreaga suprafata a napolitanei.</p>
<p>Se dizolva ciocolata neagra si se amesteca cu frisca. Apoi decorati suprafata delicatesei preparate cu aceasta masa.</p>
