<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Asezati biscuitii intr-o tava de copt (aprox. 35 × 20 cm).</p>
<p>Inaltimea tortului depinde si de marimea cratitei, daca o puneti in cea mai mare (dimensiunea cuptorului) veti avea nevoie de mai multi biscuiti si tortul va fi mai subtire.</p>
<p>Intr-un litru de lapte, gatiti grisul cu 5 linguri de zahar si, in cele din urma, amestecati 4 albusuri in amestecul care fierbe.</p>
<p>Pentru a face zapada mai ferma, separati doua linguri de zahar si amestecati-o cu albusurile.</p>
<p>Se toarna crema de gris peste biscuiti.</p>
<p>Intr-un litru de lapte, gatiti budinca pe care ati batut-o anterior cu putin lapte, zahar si galbenusurile de ou.</p>
<p>Se toarna fierbinte peste gris.</p>
<p>Cand se raceste, imbracati-o cu frisca batuta.</p>
<p>Decorati blatul cu ciocolata rasa sau fulgi colorati, daca doriti.</p>
<p>Se pasteaza la frigider.</p>
<p>O alta reteta fara coacere:</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>750 ml de lapte</p>
<p>100 de grame de ciocolata neagra</p>
<p>100 de grame de unt</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>200 de grame de prune uscate</p>
<p>3 linguri praf de cacao</p>
<p>20 de grame de gelatina</p>
<p>150 grame zahar</p>
<p>3 linguri de amidon de porumb</p>
<p>14 biscuiti cu unt</p>
<p>1 pachet de zahar vanilat</p>
<p>putina faina</p>
<p>Dimensiune tava: 28 cm</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Mai intai, inmuiati prunele in apa clocotita. De asemenea, puteti adauga un pic de rom daca nu pregatiti desert pentru copii.</p>
<p>Asteptati aproximativ zece pana la cincisprezece minute si apoi amestecati fructele folosind un blender.</p>
<p>Acum bateti ouale cu zaharul si zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati praf de cacao, amidon de porumb si amestecati din nou bine.</p>
<p>In faza urmatoare, adaugati lapte in amestec, adaugati felii de unt, ciocolata zdrobita si incalziti totul la flacara medie pana se ingroasa.Finalizarea umplerii cu crema si asamblarea tortului.</p>

<p>Apoi incorporati-o in umplutura de ciocolata impreuna cu terciul de prune.</p>
<p>Se amesteca bine cu o lingura de lemn si se toarna amestecul intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>In cele din urma, puneti biscuiti cu unt pe crema, acestea vor forma baza, la sfarsit o sa intoarcem prajitura.In aceasta stare, puneti tortul la frigider timp de doua- trei ore pentru a se inchega.</p>
<p>Cand prajitura se raceste, scoateti-o din frigider, intoarceti-o taiati-o in bucati de aceeasi dimensiune si serviti, de exemplu, cu inghetata sau o lingura de frisca proaspat batuta.</p>
<p>Prunele proaspete vor fi, de asemenea, potrivite pentru desert. Va dorim pofta buna!</p>
