<p>125 ml ulei de floarea soarelui, rafinat</p>
<p>nuci, fructe uscate, optional</p>
<p>2 linguri pudra de cacao</p>
<p>1 lingura bicarbonat de sodiu</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita scortisoara</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita ghimbir</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita cardamom</p>
<p>un praf de sare, cuisoare si piper negru dupa gust</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pornesc cuptorul la 180°C.</p>
<p>Pun ceaiul intr-o oala, adaug zahar, ulei si miere.</p>
<p>Se incalzesc la temperatura scazuta pana cand zaharul se dizolva.</p>
<p>Amestecul va fi cald, nu fierbinte.</p>
<p>Adaugati bicarbonatul de sodiu.</p>
<p>Am amestecat faina cu pudra de cacao si condimentele.</p>
<p>Turnati amestecul lichid in vasul de mixare si adaugati un praf de sare.</p>
<p>Cerneti ingredientele uscate.</p>

<p>Se amesteca bine pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>La final adaug merisoare, stafide, nuci sau ce gasesc prin casa.</p>
<p>Am acoperit tava cu hartie de copt si apoi pun aluatul in ea, il nivelez cu o spatula.</p>

<p>Trebuie sa coaceti turta dulce la 180°C timp de 25- 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Verific starea de pregatire cu o scobitoare; ar trebui sa iasa uscata, fara aluat crud.</p>
