• 1,5 kg cartofi<br />
• 1 capatana de usturoi<br />
• 1 legatura de rozmarin proaspat<br />
• coaja de lamaie<br />
• ulei de masline<br />
• sare, piper</p>

• 1 legatura de menta proaspata<br />
• 1 lingurita de zahar<br />
• 2 varfuri de cutit de sare<br />
• 1 lingura de apa fierbinte<br />

<p class="isSelectedEnd">Amesteca usturoiul tocat marunt, coaja de lamaie, rozmarinul si uleiul de masline.</p>

<p class="isSelectedEnd">Condimenteaza carnea cu sare si piper, apoi unge-o cu marinada.</p>

<p class="isSelectedEnd">Preincalzeste cuptorul la 200°C si aseaza pulpa de miel pe gratar.</p>

<p class="isSelectedEnd">Fierbe cartofii 10 minute, apoi amesteca-i cu rozmarin, catei de usturoi intregi, ulei de masline, sare si piper.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">Pune cartofii in tava sub carne, ca sa absoarba sucurile delicioase.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">Sosul de menta: toaca frunzele, apoi amesteca-le cu sare, zahar, apa fierbinte si otet.</p>

• 1 ora si 15 min pentru miel roz<br />
• 1 ora si 30 min pentru bine facut</p>
