<p>branza tare &#8211; 100 g</p>

<p>ulei -2-3 linguri</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Curatati cartofii de coaja, mai intai taiati-i felii rotunde si apoi taiati-i cubulete mici.</p>
<p>Curatati ceapa si ciupercile.</p>
<p>Taiati ceapa in cuburi fine si taiati ciupercile in sferturi sau parti mai mici, in functie de cum va plac.</p>
<p>Pe aragaz se incinge o tigaie cu putin ulei vegetal si se toarna in ea cartofii, ceapa si ciupercile.</p>
<p>Se acopera cu un capac si se fierbe la foc mediu pana cand cartofii si ciupercile sunt usor aurii si ceapa este glazurata.</p>
<p>Apoi deschideti capacul si apasati cateii de usturoi curatati in tigaie.</p>
<p>Se amesteca, se prajeste inca un minut si se scoate de pe aragaz.</p>
<p>Pregatiti o tava de copt (am folosit o tava de copt din sticla de 20 x 20 centimetri) si turnati in ea intregul continut al tavii, inclusiv uleiul.</p>
<p>Bateti cinci oua intr-un castron adanc si bateti-le cu un tel.</p>
<p>Adaugati 50 de mililitri de lapte si amestecati pana cand cele doua ingrediente se imbina la o consistenta omogena.</p>
<p>Apoi turnati acest amestec peste amestecul de cartofi intr-o tava de copt, astfel incat sa fie acoperit cu un strat de oua.</p>
<p>Apoi puneti tava de copt intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180°C si coaceti timp de 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Intre timp, dati pe razatoare branza.</p>
<p>Cand au trecut 20 de minute, scoateti tava de copt si acoperiti suprafata cartofilor cu branza rasa.</p>
<p>Apoi dati-le inapoi la cuptor si coaceti-le la aceeasi temperatura pentru inca 5 pana la 10 minute, astfel incat branza sa se topeasca la suprafata si sa formeze o crusta aurie.</p>
<p>Apoi doar stropiti cu ierburi verzi proaspat tocate, taiati in portii si serviti.</p>
<p>Sa aveti pofta!</p>
