<p>Mod de pregatire:</p>
<p>Puneti branza de vaci si laptele intr-o cratita.</p>
<p>Laptele ar trebui sa acopere branza.</p>
<p>Se pune la foc mic, se amesteca din cand in cand.</p>
<p>Cand casul incepe sa se topeasca, se ia de pe foc si se strecoara pentru a indeparta zerul in exces.</p>
<p>Puneti branza de vaci inapoi in cratita, adaugati unt, sare, bicarbonat de sodiu si turmeric.</p>
<p>Gatiti la foc mic, amestecand continuu.</p>
<p>Cand branza de vaci a devenit elastica, adaugati toate celelalte ingrediente &#8211; sunca, rosii, masline.</p>
<p>Taiem sunca cubulete, taiem maslinele bucati si, de asemenea, taiem rosiile in bucati.</p>
<p>Se toaca verdeata (mararul si patrunjelul) .</p>

<p>Puneti branza sub forma de salam pe folie alimentara, inveliti-o in folie si puneti-o la frigider peste noapte.</p>
<p>Pentru decor, dar si pentru mai multa aroma, puneti pe folie verdeata, apoi branza si impaturiti.</p>
