<p>Crema:</p>
<p>galbenusuri de ou &#8211; 3 buc</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 250 ml</p>
<p>amidon &#8211; 2 linguri</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 10 g</p>
<p>Pentru decor:</p>
<p>zahar pudra &#8211; la nevoie</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Ar trebui sa obtineti aproximativ 20 de rulouri din ingredientele de mai sus.</p>
<p>Acum trecem la preparare.</p>
<p>Pregatiti o oala cu fundul tare si puneti laptele, zaharul pudra, zaharul vanilat, galbenusurile de ou si amidonul de porumb.</p>
<p>Se amesteca bine, astfel incat sa nu ramana cocoloase in amestec.</p>
<p>Se pune amestecul preparat pe farfurie si se fierbe aproximativ 1 minut din momentul primelor bule la foc mic, amestecand continuu.</p>
<p>Apoi scoateti oala de pe foc si turnati amestecul intr-un bol uscat, de marime medie.</p>
<p>Acoperiti vasul cu folie alimentara, astfel incat acesta sa intre in contact direct cu suprafata aluatului.</p>
<p>Lasati acest aluat sa se raceasca la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Bateti untul inmuiat la temperatura camerei intr-un castron separat timp de 2-3 minute la viteza mare cu un blender pana obtineti o consistenta pufoasa si albicioasa.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat untul batut in amestecul cremos gatit si dupa fiecare adaugare a cate o lingura, amestecati totul pana la omogenizare.</p>
<p>Acum pregatiti aluatul.</p>
<p>Puneti faina, un praf de sare si untul rece taiat cubulete intr-un castron adanc.</p>
<p>Amestecati totul cu mainile.</p>
<p>Adaugati smantana si incepeti sa framantati.</p>
<p>Aluatul trebuie sa fie moale si nelipicios.</p>
<p>Se acopera cu folie si se da la frigider pentru 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Apoi rulati intr-un dreptunghi de 2 mm si taiati in fasii de 2 cm.</p>
<p>Modelati rulourile intr-o directie oblica.</p>

<p>Intindeti-le pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si coaceti pana se rumenesc usor la 180 de grade.</p>
<p>Se lasa apoi sa se raceasca si se umplu cu o punga de patiserie.</p>
