<p class="isSelectedEnd">1ï¸â£ Amesteca 100 g faina cu untul rece si framanta pana obtii un aluat omogen. Pune-l la frigider cateva minute.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">2ï¸â£ Intr-un alt bol, amesteca restul de 200 g faina cu galbenusul, apa, otetul si sarea. Framanta pana devine neted si elastic.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">3ï¸â£ Scoate aluatul cu unt din frigider si incorporeaza-l in celalalt aluat (ca un plic).</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">4ï¸â£ Pune aluatul la frigider pentru 15 minute.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">5ï¸â£ Intinde-l in forma de dreptunghi si impatureste-l in trei.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">6ï¸â£ Repeta procesul de racire + intindere + impaturire de 3 ori (asa obtii straturi fine si crocante).</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">7ï¸â£ Intinde aluatul final la aprox. 5 mm grosime si taie-l in batoane subtiri.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">8ï¸â£ Unge cu ou batut si presara sare, chimen sau susan.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">ð¥ Coace in cuptorul preincalzit la 230°C timp de aproximativ 10 minute, pana devin aurii.</p>

Fii atent in timpul coacerii – marginile se pot arde rapid la temperatura mare.</p>
