<p>Spalati rosiile si taiati-le in bucati mai mici, pe care le amestecati cu sare si ardeiul tocat intr-o cratita.</p>

<p>Nota: Scoateti semintele de pe ardei.</p>
<p>Acoperiti oala cu un capac si lasati legumele sa se odihneasca timp de 2 ore.</p>
<p>Datorita sarii, legumele isi elibereaza sucul, pe care il scurgem.</p>
<p>Puneti oala cu rosii si ardei pe aragaz si gatiti legumele 15 minute sub capac.</p>
<p>Apoi scoateti oala de pe foc si amestecati continutul ei cu un blender.</p>
<p>Se strecoara sosul printr-o sita si se toarna inapoi in oala, se amesteca cu o jumatate de lingurita de sare si se mai fierbe inca 5 minute.</p>

<p>Umpleti borcanele sterilizate cu sos, inchideti-le cu capace sterilizate si lasati-le sa se raceasca cu susul in jos.</p>
<p>Nota: In borcane, lasati aproximativ 1 cm de spatiu liber sub capac.</p>

<p>Datorita acestei retete, puteti umple 5 borcane de 500 ml.</p>
<p>Nota: Pastrati sosul de rosii intr-un loc intunecat si racoros.</p>
<p>Dupa deschiderea borcanului, consumati continutul acestuia cat mai curand posibil.</p>
