<p>250 ml cafea rece</p>
<p>40 ml lichior amareto</p>
<p>aproximativ 60 de piscoturi</p>
<p>cacao pentru decor</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Adaugati lichior amaretto la cafeaua rece preparata.</p>
<p>Bateti smantana dulce si adaugati treptat zahar pudra, zahar vanilat, mascarpone si cateva picaturi de suc de lamaie.</p>
<p>Inmuiati piscoturile in cafeaua amestecata cu amareto si asezati-le unul langa altul pe o tava.</p>
<p>Adaugati jumatate din crema, puneti din nou un rand de piscoturi, restul de crema si apoi presarati cu cacao.</p>
<p>Lasati la frigider peste noapte.</p>
<p>O alta reteta asemanatoare:</p>
<p>Ingrediente necesare pentru tiramisu fara cafea</p>
<p>– 500 grame de piscoturi;</p>
<p>– 500 grame de mascarpone;</p>
<p>– 200 de mililitri de smantana pentru frisca;</p>
<p>– 5 linguri de zahar pudra;</p>
<p>– esenta de vanilie.</p>
<p>Pentru sirop, ai nevoie de:</p>
<p>– 500 de mililitri de apa;</p>
<p>– 250 grame de zahar;</p>
<p>– esenta de migdale.</p>
<p>Prajitura se orneaza cu cacao, iar acest ingredient poate inlocui cu desavarsire cafeaua.</p>
<p>Cum se prepara</p>
<p>1. Bate smantana pentru frisca cu mascarpone. Ambele trebuie sa fie la temperatura camerei. Din smantana si mascarpone trebuie sa obtii o crema densa, omogena.</p>
<p>2. Incorporeaza zaharul pudra si esenta de vanilie si mixeaza aproximativ 2 minute.</p>
<p>3. Apa si zaharul se pun la foc mediu. Amesteca pana cand zaharul se dizolva complet in apa. Cand siropul da in clocot, ia craticioara de pe aragaz.</p>
<p>4. Insiropeaza piscoturile pe rand si asaza-le pe tava. In functie de cat de mari sunt piscoturile si tava, pune o treime din crema pe blat sau jumatate din ea (se pune ochiometric, cat sa acopere piscotul).</p>
<p>5. Presara cacaoa deasupra prajiturii si pune tiramisu la frigider aproximativ 40 de minute.</p>
<p>Daca vrei un plus de savoare, pune o frunza, doua de menta deasupra. Mirosul puternic de menta se va impregna in prajitura ta fara cafea si ii va da un gust senzational.</p>
