<p>Pentru crema:</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 2 buc.</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 50 g</p>
<p>lapte condensat indulcit &#8211; 150 ml</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 1 pachet</p>
<p>faina simpla &#8211; 3 linguri</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 250 g</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 250 g</p>
<p>Pentru insiropare:</p>
<p>lapte condensat indulcit &#8211; 1 lingura</p>
<p>apa &#8211; 150 ml</p>
<p>Pentru glazura:</p>
<p>cacao &#8211; 3 linguri</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 3 linguri</p>
<p>smantana/frisca lichida &#8211; 4 linguri</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 50 g</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spargeti ouale pentru aluat si separati galbenusurile si albusurile.</p>
<p>Se bat galbenusurile impreuna cu 80 de grame de zahar pana devin spumoase si apoi se amesteca in apa.</p>
<p>Adaugati un praf de sare in albusuri si incepeti sa bateti zapada.</p>
<p>Bateti treptat 100 de grame de zahar.</p>
<p>Cand spuma este tare, adaugati amestecul de galbenusuri si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Cerneti apoi faina, cacao si praful de copt in amestec.</p>

<p>Tapetati fundul unei tavi cu diametrul de 22 cm cu hartie de copt si ungeti cu ulei.</p>
<p>Se toarna aluatul in tava si se da la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 °C la copt timp de 30 de minute.</p>

<p>Se amesteca ouale, laptele condensat indulcit, zaharul, zaharul vanilat si faina intr-o cratita.</p>
<p>Se amesteca pana se omogenizeaza, fara cocoloase.</p>
<p>Apoi turnati laptele, amestecati si, amestecand constant, gatiti pana la consistenta unei budinci groase.</p>
<p>Transferati apoi amestecul intr-un bol, acoperiti cu folie si lasati sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Dupa ce s-a racit, se bate untul inmuiat cateva minute, apoi se adauga treptat crema pana se formeaza o crema fina.</p>
<p>Se taie blatul racit in doua.</p>
<p>Se amesteca laptele condensat si apa si se insiropeaza blatul pe care il punem intr-o tava detasabila pentru tort .</p>
<p>Punem crema si apoi celalalt blat pe care il insiropam.</p>

<p>Puneti totul la frigider pentru 5 ore.</p>
<p>Se amesteca intr-o cratita zaharul, cacao, smantana si untul.</p>
<p>Se pune pe aragaz si, amestecand continuu, se fierbe totul.</p>

<p>Aplicati acest amestec pe partea superioara si pe partile laterale ale tortului, puneti putin din aceasta glazura intr-o punga de patiserie si decorati partea superioara a tortului.</p>
