<p>5 linguri de faina</p>

<p>1/4 lingurita sare</p>
<p>6 linguri de lapte</p>
<p>6 linguri zahar</p>
<p>2 linguri ulei vegetal</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu (+ putin otet pentru ca bicarbonatul sa inceapa sa reactioneze)</p>
<p>Pentru crema:</p>
<p>500 g smantana</p>
<p>2-3 linguri zahar pudra</p>
<p>2 banane</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale cu un varf de sare, adaugati lapte, zahar si faina cernuta cu cacao.</p>
<p>Se amesteca si se adauga sifon in masa si se toarna putin otet, astfel incat bicarbonatul sa inceapa sa reactioneze.</p>
<p>Daca nu aveti sifon, puteti inlocui cu usurinta bicarbonatul cu praf de copt.</p>
<p>Adaugam si ulei, amestecam totul si punem aluatul uniform intr-o tava din silicon potrivita pentru un cuptor cu microunde si lasam 5 minute la o putere de 800 W.</p>
<p>Nu mai deschidem cuptorul cu microunde inca 10 minute.</p>
<p>Daca doriti sa coaceti aluatul clasic, il puteti pune intr-un cuptor incalzit la 180 de grade timp de aproximativ 25 de minute.</p>
<p>Amestecati smantana cu zaharul cu un mixer pana se ingroasa. Taiati bananele.</p>

<p>Taiati aluatul copt, intindeti crema, pastrati bananele si in cele din urma intindeti deasupra crema ramasa.</p>

<p>Presarati cacao sau fulgi de ciocolata si tortul este gata.</p>
