300 g<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Gatirea aluatului de crema&colon;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Turnati 250 ml de apa intr-o cratita&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Adaug un praf de sare&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Si aici adaugati 120 g de unt&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>L-am pus pe aragaz si l-am adus la fiert&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Cand uleiul se dizolva si lichidul fierbe se adauga 150 g de faina&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Amestecam rapid aluatul cu o lingura de lemn si infuzam apa cu unt si faina&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Aluatul s-a adunat&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Il voi mai tine pe foc doar inca un minut &&num;8211&semi; il voi usca putin&comma; ruland si framantand aluatul de-a lungul fundului tavii &period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Iar cand se formeaza o pelicula subtire de aluat pe fundul tavii&comma; inseamna ca este gata&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Iau tigaia de pe foc si transfer aluatul intr-un bol&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Am lasat aluatul sa se raceasca&comma; literalmente 5 minute&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Amestecati cu o lingura de lemn sau o spatula ouale pe care le adaugam pe rand&comma; amestecand bine de fiecare data&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Impartim aluatul in 2 parti &&num;8211&semi; din aceasta cantitate de aluat vom coace 2 blaturi&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Jumatate din aluat&comma; il intindem intr-o forma si il distribuim uniform pe fundul formei&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Dimensiunea formei mele este de 24&&num;215&semi;26 cm&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Am preincalzit deja cuptorul la 200 de grade Celsius&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Coacem mai intai primul blat timp de 20 de minute&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Apoi scad temperatura la 150 de grade Celsius si rumenim prajitura pentru inca 15 minute&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Si cat se racesc blaturile&comma; pregatesc crema&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Turnati 200 g de zahar in tigaie&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Asigurati-va ca adaugati zahar vanilat pentru aroma &&num;8211&semi; o lingurita&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Trimit si aici 60 g de amidon si 60 g de faina si amestec&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Adaugati 3 oua in amestec&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Si turnati incet laptele&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>In total am 800 ml lapte&comma; se toarna in portii mici si se amesteca bine de fiecare data&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Prin aceasta metoda crema este fina&comma; uniforma si fara cocoloase&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Am pus crema pe aragaz si&comma; amestecand continuu&comma; o dau la fiert&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Am lasat crema sa fiarba 1 minut&comma; iar datorita acestui mic secret&comma; nu va mai exista gust de faina sau amidon in crema finita&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>In timpul procesului de gatire&comma; crema se va ingrosa bine&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Si dupa racire&comma; va deveni destul de groasa &&num;8211&semi; nu numai ca va sta crema in lingura&comma; dar va fi posibil sa o taiati cu un cutit&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Crema este gata si trebuie lasata sa se raceasca complet inainte de a adauga untul&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Iau 250 g de unt moale&comma; si il trimit la batut cu mixer&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Bat untul 1 minut si treptat&comma; in portii mici&comma; adaug crema in unt&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Adaug cam 2 linguri pe rand pana se ameseca toata crema&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Nu va faceti griji daca este inca destul de lichida&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Datorita untului&comma; precum si fainii si amidonului&comma; dupa frigider&comma; crema va deveni densa si stabila si fara gelatina&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Am pus un blat in forma&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Am pus jumatate de crema si am vrut sa adaug putina prospetime tortului&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Am pus 300 de grame de capsuni&comma; le-am pus pe crema&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>In loc de capsuni&comma; puteti pune orice alte fructe&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Va fi foarte gustos cu zmeura&comma; cirese&comma; piersici&comma; il puteti incerca cu banane &&num;8211&semi; puteti pune tot ce va place&comma; in orice combinatie va iesi foarte&comma; foarte gustos&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Deasupra am pus restul de crema&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Si acum acopar tortul cu al doilea blat&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Si il dau la frigider pentru cel putin 6 ore&comma;
